ROLE OVERVIEW
The Showroom Assistant / Studio Intern will support the day-to-day running of the RHI DANCEY studio and showroom, assisting with packing, administration, and customer-facing showroom activity. This is a part-time, paid role ideal for a student or someone looking to gain hands-on experience within a growing fashion brand.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Packing, Admin & Studio Support

• Assist with packing and dispatching orders

• Support inventory checks and stock organisation

• Run studio errands as needed

• Assist with workshop and event preparation

• Support general studio organisation and upkeep

Showroom Assistant

• Independently manage the showroom on a designated day

• Open and lock up the studio securely

• Welcome and assist customers during walk-in showroom hours

• Handle customer enquiries in a friendly and professional manner

• Maintain showroom presentation, cleanliness, and basic visual merchandising standards

• Flag any customer feedback, issues, or sales opportunities to the Junior Studio Coordinator

About You

• Friendly, reliable, and confident interacting with customers

• Organised and able to work independently when required

• Comfortable following processes and taking direction

• Interest in fashion, design, or creative industries is a plus

• Prior retail, showroom, or studio experience is beneficial but not essential
