Junior Community Coordinator

ROLE OVERVIEW
Support the day-to-day running of the RHI DANCEY studio and showroom, assisting with packing, administration, PR loans, visual merchandising, and customer-facing showroom activities. This role is ideal for someone looking to gain hands-on experience across a variety of functions within a growing fashion brand.
Community & Brand Relationships
Managing influencer gifting and building long-term creator relationships
Supporting and nurturing the Rhi Dancey community, both online and offline
Assisting with PR directories, outreach, and relationship tracking
Helping organise and produce pop-up events, workshops, and community activations
Coordinating craft clubs/workshops from concept through to production
Social Media & Content
Creating TikTok content from conception through to production, including filming, editing, and posting
Confidently editing content using CapCut or similar editing tools
Supporting content outsourcing where needed (freelancers, creators, collaborators)
Developing and pitching content concepts aligned with brand voice and community interests
Tracking performance, analytics, and insights to inform future content
Supporting wider social campaigns and launches
Community Growth, PR & Collaborations
Supporting community growth initiatives and outreach
Researching and contacting potential collaborators, brand partners, sponsors, and PR connections
Assisting with PR opportunities and community-led collaborations
Comfortable and confident on camera, representing the brand when needed
Engaging directly with the community through vox pops, interviews, workshops, and events
Helping capture authentic community moments and voices for social and PR
WHO YOU ARE
You have 1–2 years’ experience in community, social media, PR, events, or a related creative role
You’re socially confident and enjoy talking to people, both online and IRL
You’re creatively driven and understand short-form video culture
You have hands-on experience filming and editing TikTok-style content
You’re organised, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple projects
You’re excited to work closely with a founder in a fast-growing creative brand
