ROLE OVERVIEW
Support the day-to-day running of the RHI DANCEY studio and showroom, assisting with packing, administration, PR loans, visual merchandising, and customer-facing showroom activities. This role is ideal for someone looking to gain hands-on experience across a variety of functions within a growing fashion brand.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist with the packing and dispatch of customer orders, ensuring accuracy and care

  • Support inventory checks and maintain well-organised stock systems

  • Run studio errands and provide hands-on support to the wider team as needed

  • Assist with the preparation and setup of workshops, events, and studio activations

  • Help maintain a clean, organised, and inspiring studio environment

  • Welcome and engage customers during showroom hours, delivering a warm and memorable experience

  • Respond to customer enquiries with professionalism and brand-aligned communication

  • Maintain high visual standards across the showroom, including cleanliness and visual merchandising

  • Proactively share customer feedback, insights, and sales opportunities with the Junior Studio Coordinator

  • Previous retail, showroom, or studio experience is a bonus, but not essential
