ROLE OVERVIEW
RHI DANCEY makes sexy, sustainable clothing, handmade in the UK. Since opening our East London showroom in March, our team has doubled and the brand is growing fast. We’re looking for a Content Producer who’s all in on Rhi Dancey: someone to own our content week in, week out, editing, producing, posting and bringing in content from other creatives and influencers, and keeping our channels, especially TikTok, consistent, current and unmistakably us.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Edit short-form video and photo content to a high standard, especially for TikTok and Instagram

  • Produce and post content regularly, to a consistent weekly schedule

  • Own the content calendar and keep it moving

  • Commission and coordinate content from photographers, editors, creatives and influencers

  • Reach out to creators and influencers proactively, and build lasting relationships

  • Spot TikTok trends, edits and themes early, and turn them into ideas that fit the brand

  • Track what performs, and use it to shape what we make next

  • Work with Rhi on creative direction, and coordinate content support from our showroom team

  • A brilliant editor, with a portfolio to show it

  • TikTok fluent: you know the trends, edits and themes, and which ones fit a brand

  • Proactive and reliable: you don’t wait to be asked, and you post consistently

  • Super organised: you juggle shoots, creators, deadlines and a content calendar with ease

  • Confident and personable: you pitch ideas, direct shoots, brief creatives, and people love working with you

  • Experience with fashion or sustainable brands, photography, design tools or paid social is a bonus
